Oh my aching neck and head and shoulder

Ok, I am updating my blog. I have a fear of getting my butt kicked if I don't, so here goes. I am sitting here while typing this with an ice pack on the left side of my neck. It is swollen. You see, ever since I went and saw the chiropractor, I have had problems much bigger than I had before I ever went to see him. After the first visit, all was well. Then a day after the second visit, I got a really bad headache that would not go away. I mean it lingered for 3 days. Today it has not been that bad, but I noticed today that my neck was hurting and it is swollen. That surely can't be a good sign. I told Mrs. Steller about it when I saw her today too. She said you have to go through pain before it gets better. Ok, why didn't anyone tell me that before I went??? I don't like pain and will not usually volunteer for it. Also, maybe, just maybe I can buy that pain would be normal, but I am thinking that swelling is NOT!!! I am never going to a chiropractor again, there is no way, no how. He said I need to come back since he started adjusting he needs to finish it. My mamma didn't raise no fool! There is no way that is going to happen. I mean, it hurts and it's swollen, let's see if we can help it by twisting it and cracking it some more! We are talking about my neck for goodness sake!!! I hope that he has not done damage to me and that this swelling goes down soon. I am a little scared. I am feeling a little stupid too for ever thinking that he would help me. I probably only needed a massage to get the kinks out of my neck from all the stress in my life in the first place! Ok, let's see, what else? Only 36 or so more days of school, yahoo and only 6 more till spring break, double yahoo! I love Dancing with the Stars and Joey and Apollo and Billy Ray Cyrus. Joey should win. I got Dylan a bunch of neat stuff for his Easter basket this past weekend, that was fun. Hmmm, what else? Oh, I know. Whitney has a new boyfriend, Roy is out and Joey is in. At least he is 27 and not 36. He is HUGE. He is very nice to her. He has a job at some stables, but goes to PSU 2 days a week. On the days he is there he goes across the street and gets Whitney pizza for lunch. He has also started meeting her at church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Last night he and his staff ( 2 girls ) came and picked Whitney up and they went to the park and to Jenny D's house ( Whitney's friend). She did not get home until after 10:00 last night, I don't know who she thinks she is. We had a talk about what time she will be coming in from now on, actually the talk went more like, you won't be doing this through the week anymore.

I feel kind of sorry for Roy though, he still calls her. Charity is supposed to be his new girlfrind though, so I don't guess I should worry too much about him. Why do I feel the need to worry about everybody all the time?

I guess that is it for now. I hope this update satisfied everyone for a while, I will try to get back to it before another month goes by this time. I do not want my butt kicked.

My weekend

Ok, here is my big exciting weekend. Dylan has been here since Friday, his mom is out of town. Brandon is working and is a big fat mess again, but I don't really want to talk about that. It is too upsetting for me. So anyway, at about midnight Friday night Dylan started crying and saying his belly hurt. I got up with him and he threw up. Wah. I think it was those darn nachos he ate too late. Anyway he seems ok now, he is his usual delightful, inquisitive self. Now Daryl on the other hand has been sick all weekend and is starting to get on my nerves. I think he has what I had last week, but I will admit, his does seem worse. His eyes are real messed up, he can't see, they just keep watering and he can't breathe. I think maybe he should just go to the urgent care today. Ok, on the plus side, I learned to set up a paypal account and bought some things from e bay last night. I got myself an As the World Turns t shirt ( isn't that cool?? I am the BIGGEST geek!!) I also got Daryl 700 bengals football cards. I had it planned to take Tuesday off, Daryl and I need to do some things, but I think we are going to go for another day, he needs to get some things done at work. Hopefully he will be well enough to go to work. He hasn't used a sick day in about 4 years. We'll see. Ok, I think that's enough for now, I have rambled on long enough. Hi, my name is Kim. I am 41 years old. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years. We have a 22 year old son, a 20 year old daughter, a 3 year old grandson and a 16 year old dog. Oh, and there are 2 cats that live in the rec room above the garage. I am a special ed teacher's assistant at a local high school. My job is a lot of fun and I can't think of anything I'd rather do for a living.
